Epstein Death Statement Dated One Day Before He Was Found Dead Emerges In Files

The world is still sifting through the 3,000,000 pages of documents that were released as part of the latest Epstein file leak, and we’ve now found a statement announcing Jeffrey Epstein’s death that is dated August 9, 2019 – one day before he was officially found dead.

The statement from the Manhattan US Attorney’s office is dated August 9 2019, while the standard account says the disgraced paedophile financier was found hanged in his cell at 6.30am on August 10.

In fact two versions of the statement dated August 9 appear in the file – both with subtle differences from the one dated August 10.

Neither contains the detail that Epstein was found dead of ‘suicide’, as the official statement later did.

Instead, both say he was ‘found unresponsive in his cell and pronounced dead shortly thereafter’.

The following week, the New York City medical examiner ruled his death a suicide by hanging.

So – how to explain this? The “official” story is that nobody knew Epstein was dead until a guard found his body at 6:30 in the morning on the 10th. That there even is a document dated the 9th coming from the *US Attorneys office* is f***ing insane.

If I were to play devil’s advocate – maybe the author took a document from the day before for the template and then drafted the text, forgetting to change the date? That’s what I would try to argue if I was them anyway.

But even with that explanation, there are too many other “flukes” and inconsistencies that already make the whole thing suspicious as f*ck. Let’s run through them:

  • The two guards on duty, Tova Noel and Michael Thomas, failed to conduct mandatory 30-minute checks for several hours. Instead, they were reportedly shopping online or sleeping. They later admitted to falsifying prison records to cover up these failures.
  • Two CCTV cameras outside Epstein’s cell malfunctioned and failed to record the night he died.
  • An apparent ‘missing minute’ of footage from CCTV from the night of the incident was then released as part of an Epstein files drop last September, contradicting claims it did not exist.
  • Despite a previous suspected suicide attempt in July, prison officials moved Epstein’s cellmate out on 9 August – the day before his apparent death – and failed to replace him, leaving Epstein alone in violation of recommended protocol.
  •  Dr Michael Baden, a pathologist hired by Epstein’s brother, noted that Epstein had three broken bones in his neck, including the hyoid bone. Baden argued these injuries are more characteristic of homicidal strangulation than suicidal hanging.
  •  Epstein was allowed to make an unrecorded phone call before his death. He claimed he was calling his mother, but she had been deceased for years.
  •  Despite being a high-profile inmate with a history of self-harm, Epstein was left with extra bed linen and clothing, which he apparently used to fashion a noose.
  • Experts later described the cell as being in a “scene of disarray” that never underwent a thorough, immediate forensic inspection following the discovery of his body.
  • Notes from investigators, released as part of the latest Epstein leak, highlight a blurry orange shape moving towards the tier where Epstein’s cell was located on the night of August 9.

So yeah, this date mix-up is just one more coincidence on a mountain of coincidences. Is there any way to determine when the first two documents were drafted? Time stamps maybe? That might be useful.
