New Footage Shows Alex Pretti Clashing With ICE Agents Weeks Before He Was Killed

New footage has emerged showing ICU nurse Alex Pretti clashing with ICE agents 11 days before he was fatally shot in Minneapolis on January 24 2026.

The new video, published by The News Movement and (apparently) verified by the BBC, was captured by a bystander on January 13 during protests against ICE raids in the city.

As you can see, Pretti is very passionately involved – yelling at agents and kicking the tail light of their vehicle, eventually being bundled to the ground:

Now obviously this is not grounds for a public execution 11 days later, and doesn’t change the fact that Alex Pretti was unarmed when he was shot, but it does make you wonder whether the ICE agents recognised him from previous altercations and whether that factored into their decision to kill him that day.

On the day that Pretti was shot, he was filming ICE agents while attempting to shield a woman who was being pepper sprayed. The agents tacked him to the ground, remove a holstered gun which the registered gun owner had on his person, and then fatally shot him as he lay on the ground.

Even Trump seems to have conceded that ICE has gone a tad too far recently, announcing agents have been directed to ‘de-escalate a little bit’ after the two shootings, telling Fox News this week: “Bottom line, it was terrible. Both of them were terrible.”

RIP Alex Pretti and Renee Good – here’s hoping no more American citizens are unnecessarily killed by those who are supposed to be protecting them anytime soon.
