Wild scenes during a traffic stop in Ohio this week as a pet raccoon was busted in the driver’s seat with a meth pipe in its mouth, leaving police officers in hysterics.

Chewy the raccoon was seemingly trying to take one last hit of meth after hus owner got pulled over in Springfield, Ohio:

Wow, you know America’s got a serious drug problem when even the raccoons are meth heads. The Springfield Township Police Department said:

“As Officer Branham returned to the vehicle, he observed a raccoon named “Chewy” sitting in the driver’s seat with a meth pipe in its mouth.”

“Chewy had somehow gotten hold of a glass methamphetamine pipe, leading officers to further inspect the vehicle.”

“[Victoria Vidal] was charged with F3 possession of drugs, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and was cited for driving under suspension.”

Incredible. When I first saw the video I actually thought the raccoon mistook this woman’s car for a dumpster and that’s how he found his way in there, but nope, it’s literally her pet raccoon. What would be really great now is if the lady’s lawyer tries to explain that the meth belonged to the raccoon, and not her client. Who knows, it may even be the wake-up call that Chewy the raccoon needs to get help for his addiction. Methed out raccoons ffs. Does it get any more 2025 than that?

For the Japanese restaurant that was shut down after meth was found in the soy sauce, click HERE. Is the chef a raccoon by any chance?
