OnlyFans Model Claims Landlord More Than Doubled Her Rent After Discovering How She Earned A Living

A woman has spoken out after her landlord more than doubled her rent upon finding out she makes her living on OnlyFans.

Romi Chase, 29, says the landlord paid her a surprise visit after she had been living in her four-bedroom home in Miami, Florida, for over a year.

He made out as though it was a routine home inspection, but Romi says the only thing the man inspected was her body and he confronted her about her work in the adult industry (via The Mirror):

“When he came over the only thing he inspected was me. He actually didn’t inspect anything, he walked in and paced around and I’m like ‘ok what’s happening?’, he wasn’t actually looking at anything.

He told me he found my Instagram, went through all of my links and my OnlyFans. I was astounded, completely taken aback and put on the spot to say the least.

He definitely made the impression that he didn’t take kindly or approve of how I make an 100 per cent legal living. He had an attitude, I could feel him judging and looking down on me, but I chalked it up to being from a different generation with a different set of values.”

Romi, who made $1 million in her first year on OnlyFans, received a letter a few weeks later informing her that her monthly rent was rising from $2,300 to $4,800. What a p*ss-take!

When the Polish model called him to ask him why he hadn’t informed her of the rent hike during the inspection, she claims he did not provide an explanation:

“He showed zero emotion and basically said between the lines, either pay the rent at this exuberant price or get the f**k out.”

All’s well that ends well though – Romi told the landlord to get stuffed and has since moved out to a new apartment. So it sounds like a win/win – Romi moves into a new home she’s happy with and the landlord gets to rent out her old place to someone who isn’t an OnlyFans model. Not sure why he had such a massive problem with that tbh but I guess a frigid and judgmental landlord is better than a creepy landlord who would have stuck hidden cameras in her bathroom or something.
