Police were scrambled to a school in Glasgow this morning after a man was seen running nearby wearing a balaclava and carrying two machetes.

He was spotted outside of St Aloysius College and is said to have attacked the janitor before threatening the lollipop man. Neither sustained injuries.
A police spokesman released a brief statement following the man’s apprehension:

At around 8.30am on Friday, police responded to reports of a disturbance on Hill Street in Glasgow.
A man has been arrested in connection with the incident and no members of the public are believed to have been injured.
One officer sustained a minor injury during the arrest.
Inquiries are ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The first question they need to be asking this dude is what his beef is with lollipop men? I mean it’s pretty weird so set out with two machetes to take him on. Was he envisaging some massive duel; with the lollipop guy wielding his lollipop against his own machete combo?
Fair play to the police force for responding so quickly and catching this nutter before anyone came to harm though. I hope they treat these men challenging teenagers to rap battles with the same severity.
