When asked why he decided to build it Milan answered with ‘why the hell not?’ and also had the following to say about it:

First version was more like a simple model and looking more like Iron Man’s hand, but a lack of parts and a desire to make the arm move made me change design completely. So now it’s looking more like ExoSuit from the Edge of Tomorrow movie or something like that.

Basically I think he’s trying to say he’s a virgin. You can’t deny that he would look pretty dope if you saw him at a Halloween party though. The rest of the year, not so much.
