The weather is heating up for the summer and whilst that means we’ll probably all be a little happier, it also means that we’ll be hearing increasing amounts of stories about seagulls being little pricks.

First up is this zinger from down in Paignton in Devon where a seagull named Steven has apparently stolen £300 worth of food from his local Tesco, where he regularly walks in at least three times a day to pick up a pack of Mini Cheddars, Monster Munch or Tangy Cheese Doritos. That might sound a little unbelievable but it happens so much that a guy named Liam Brown managed to catch it on camera:

I’ve seen him go in a few times. This time he hopped on to my car bonnet so I started recording — I knew he was up to something.

He jumped down and started chewing gum off the floor, then he walked into the shop and ran off with a pack of Mini Cheddars.

What a sneak hey? Can’t believe that he manages to get away with it so much to be honest – don’t these guys have security guards at their Tescos down in Devon? Surely they aren’t too busy dealing with shoplifters that they can’t sort out this bird who’s seriously denting their profits?

It’s also kinda weird that everyone sees it as being cute and not a bit of a problem? Tescos don’t seem that bothered about it and obviously if these seagull are eating crisps then they’re gonna leave loads of litter around the place as well. Sort it out guys.

For more of the same, check out when this guy spiked a seagull with an ecstasy tablet. That really wasn’t so good.
