Woman Dumped 75 ‘Used Tampons’ On Ex’s Lawn After Finding Out He Had A New Girlfriend

A Florida woman (of course) has been charged with two counts of stalking after she dumped 75 ‘used tampons’ onto her ex-boyfriend’s lawn when she learned that he was dating a new woman.

Gabrielle Franze, 28, was immediately suspected by the boyfriend and his new girlfriend, who rang up the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office to report that her boyfriend had woken up to a pile of tampons on his front lawn. Never a good start to the day, that.

The tampons were “stained red as if they were possibly used”, so it’s anyone’s guess what message Gabrielle was trying to send with that one.

Sure enough, police reviewed CCTV footage which showed a pickup driving past the house around 10 pm on September 29. A woman sat in the bed of the truck, waited until the coast was clear, then jumped out and tossed the tampons onto the lawn.

Police ran the plates and yep, you guessed it – the vehicle belonged to Gabrielle Franze.

Initially, Franze denied knowing where her ex lived when officers confronted her at her home. In the end though, she admitted dumping the tampons at his house but claimed it wasn’t her idea, as if that makes it any less insane.

According to the affidavit, Franze says her mum and dad came up with the plan. They then went and bought tampons and painted them red to make them look as if they had been used. What a nice, normal, well-adjusted family eh?

Still, I guess “used” tampons are better than positive pregnancy tests. One restraining order coming up, no doubt.
