I’m not really sure what people were expecting when a movie called ‘Cocaine Bear’ was released that was pretty clearly about a bear that accidentally did loads of cocaine and then went on a murderous rampage, but judging by some of the Google Reviews below a lot of them were thinking it was going to be a completely different movie.

Might as well just dive right in with these as don’t want to spoil how stupid people actually sound by writing some of this stuff on the internet:

Yeah I suppose you have to think that the people that actually write Google Reviews are probably super old people with nothing better to do when considering this, but even so some of these make hardly any sense whatsoever when you think about the context of the movie. Of course it’s not suitable for children if it’s a 15/rated R movie in America and of course it’s probably going to feature a load of gore and drug use if the movie is about a bear doing cocaine and then going on a murderous rampage.

The people talking about how it’s cruel to bears too and how we don’t need that kinda stuff in the cinema are great too. It’s a movie about a bear going on a killing spree FFS. Why would you go and see it if you weren’t prepared for the bear to get put down at the end?

Really is PC culture gone mad with a lot of these people. I wonder if they write reviews like this for everything they go and see that steps even a little out of line. They really need to get another hobby or something. Although in fairness it’s great for us just so we can laugh at them.

As for ‘Cocaine Bear’, I haven’t actually seen it myself but it seems pretty clear from the promotional material that it’s a schlocky horror comedy b movie, so seems far fetched that people are getting angry with it for being a badly acted gorey film, but I suppose we’re living in a world of idiots these days. Is that really such a surprise?

For more of the same, check out ‘Attack Of The Meth Gator’ coming this summer. Looks like these movies are coming thick and fast.
