More negative XL Bully headlines over the weekend after a woman was killed by two dogs at a property in Jaywick, Essex. It turns out the dogs belonged to the victim’s son-in-law Ashley Warren AKA wannabe rapper Wyless Man.

Look at the state of this 39-year-old man:

I know we’re not supposed to judge a book by its cover, but this guy looks like exactly the sort of person you don’t want owning an XL Bully, let alone multiple XL Bullies. Indeed, Ashley Warren AKA Wyless Man had 8 XL Bullies in his home – where the attack took place – six puppies and two adults. He was breeding and selling the dogs for £500 per puppy on Facebook.

Tragically, victim Esther Martin, 68, had previously warned that the dogs were dangerous. Her daughter Sonia Martin said:

‘They were XL Bullies. There were eight of them in the house, six puppies and two adults. None of them neutered, not registered. The owner’s words were ‘no one is going to tell me what to do with my own f*****g dogs. Mum had raised concerns about the dogs, over their breed and their temperament. Her grandson was in the house. He came running out shouting for help. We would like to thank all the neighbours who tried to help our mum.’

Both dogs involved in the attack were destroyed at the scene and Wyless Man was arrested, so that’s something he can put on his wannabe rapper CV. Of course nothing can bring back the victim or console her friends and family at this point, but at least this prat will be locked up and probably banned from ever owning a dog again.

It’s too bad that another incident like this has taken place even after the government’s XL Bully ban came into effect, but they’ll for sure feel justified in their decision with this story doing the rounds.
