The Beatles are one of the most universally loved bands in the history of music – I don’t really think I’ve ever met anyone who has a bad word to say about them, except that one hipster at every party who always says that they’re ‘overrated’ – but now QAnon have somehow only just discovered who they are and obviously have questions.

The debate over The Beatles and their intentions was started by ‘anti-woke’ journalist Sameera Khan who decided to tweet the following image of the controversial ‘butcher’ album cover which was withdrawn after a dispute with their label. This is where I would love to use the hook, line and sinker emoji because boy did her followers pile in on this one with some zany theories about the Beatles.

Get a load of this:

Lol a lot to unpack there right? Whilst I’ll admit I haven’t ever seen the album cover before and it does look a bit freaky at first glance, all I need to do is Google it to find out that it was either a protest against the Vietnam War or their record label for butchering their songs. Not really sure which, but feel free to enlighten me.

Either way QAnon and Anti woke people are mad aren’t they? Imagine discovering an album cover that came out something like sixty years ago and going this mental about it. Grow up.

For more of the same, check out a load of unseen Beatles photographs that are seriously fabulous. You gotta check them out.
