As with Hamill, it’s no surprise that Princess Leia will be returning for these movies as she’s hardly the leading lady that you might have expected following the role, mainly for the same problems that dogged Hamill throughout his career.
Despite this though, she has appeared in a few movies like Drop Dead Fred, Scream 3, Charlie’s Angels Full Throttle and Austin Powers, as well as showing up in guest roles on TV shows like Entourage, Weeds, Family Guy and Sex And The City. Carrie is also a successful novelist and screenwriter, so has done pretty well for herself since Star Wars despite being slightly more under the radar then you might have expected.
