Listen up, ladies! Sorry to interrupt your midday Countdown binge. I know you were probably comfortable there on the couch just wasting your life away and stuffing your face. At least that means you’ve got lots of time to listen to this crucial life advice from noted businesswoman Kim Kardashian:

What an inspiration. For her to take the time out of her day to benevolently share that advice with the rest of us is just Mother Theresa-levels of kindness and giving. There’s nothing stopping you from becoming the next female multi-billionaire (who also happens to have multi-billionaire sisters, a multi-billionaire mum and multi-billionaire ex-husband). All you have to do is work hard, that’s it! Failing that, just let an R&B singer with a big sausage bang you on camera, wait till the tape goes viral and boom – Bob’s your uncle!
