The internet seems to be getting on Julia Fox’s case about her short-lived relationship with ‘misogynist and antisemite’ Kanye West, and so she filmed this video from her bedroom the other night explaining that a) she didn’t realise how crazy the guy is and b) she only dated him to get him off Kim Kardashian’s back:

I know that was completely brutal to sit through so in case you didn’t make it to the end, here’s what she said:
“I had this thought. I was like, ‘Oh my god, maybe I can get him off Kim’s case. Maybe I can distract him, like just get him to like me. I knew if anyone can do it, it’s me. When I set my mind to something, I do it.”
Seems pretty lame to pretend like she only dated Kanye to do Kim Kardashian a favour. It would be less cringe if she just admitted that she wanted to date a billionaire and then dipped before he went full antisemite on Twitter. This “I was trying to help Kim” angle just makes her seem like the biggest Kardashian booty-kisser ever. Or maybe she could have just kept this all to herself from the start? Yeah, as if.
Previously, Julia had written a whole article about Kanye West and how smitten she was with him. Hmm…
