Jeffrey Epstein Became ‘Fixated’ With Donna Air Following His Release From Prison

Bizarre revelation out of the latest Epstein files leak – the disgraced paedophile financier was obsessed with 90s/00s British TV star Donna Air. Yup – Donna Air of Byker Grove, Big Breakfast and MTV Select fame.

From the looks of it, the fixation began around 2011 after Italian hedge-fund manager Tancredi Marchiolo introduced them after arranging with Epstein via e-mail.

Marchiolo emailed the paedo financier saying he was travelling to New York with “good friend” Donna and three other women (whose names were redacted), asking: “Let me know if you want to meet her?”.

Epstein replied: “Which one is she?”

Marchiolo: “Donna is on the internet. She’s more institutional than these 3. Know her very well.” 

Epstein replied: “Yes to Donna.”

Marchiolo followed up: “She will call you from her number tue/wed. I will give her your number. Feel free to call her before then if you want, she is expecting you.”

Air’s name appears 224 times in the Epstein files between 2011 and 2012, and Epstein did manage to meet her on more than one occasion.

Epstein set reminders for his assistant to contact her and would intentionally show up at locations where she was attending and message her afterward. That’s not creepy, is it?

Following one of their encounters, Epstein messaged her saying the time was “much much too short,” to which Air replied, “Short but sweet”.

They also communicated via Skype during this period.

No idea what they got up to together, but their last recorded correspondence was on August 18, 2012, when Air informed him she was traveling to Ibiza.

After that, their communication seems to have seized, which makes sense as Donna Air met James Middleton (brother of the Princess of Wales) around that time and dated him from 2013-18.

There’s no suggestion that Donna Air knew or was involved in any of Epstein’s dodginess, but at the very least she knew he was convicted for sex-related charges involving minors, as he was out of jail by that point.

Still, we know Donna Air is a bit of a social climber and loves a man with money so maybe it isn’t too shocking that she chose to mingle with a guy like Epstein. Definitely put on her poshest Geordie accent for him, that’s for sure.
