Caroline Flack’s Brother Paul Found Dead Aged 55

Very sad news this week as it’s been reported that Caroline Flack’s older brother, Paul Flack, has been found dead at the age of 55.

Paul was found unresponsive at his home in Norwich, and later died at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.

A provisional post-mortem cause of death has been listed as cardiac arrest due to hanging.

The tragic news comes just over six years after the TV presenter took her own life in 2020 at the age of 40.

At the time, following Caroline’s death, Paul had written on Instagram: ‘This will be my last post here. May those who know feel shame for eternity. Love you Caroline.’

Paul also appeared alongside his mum Christine and sister Elizabeth in the 2021 documentary Caroline Flack: Her Life and Death.

He said Caroline was the first thing on his mind when he woke up every morning.

Just absolutely gut-wrenching for their mum and the rest of their family to lose both Caroline and Paul in such tragic circumstances. You have to think that if Caroline were still around, Paul would not have gone through with it. To lose two children like this? Jeez, that’s heartbreaking.

Caroline had taken her life hours after learning CPS was pushing forward with an assault charge following a domestic abuse incident with her boyfriend.

The media treated her brutally over it, ITV sacked her, and the haters and trolls on social media… well, you can imagine what they were like.

Paul leaves behind his wife and two children. Our thoughts are with them.
