Amir Khan was on Heart radio earlier today and revaled that Jake Paul annoys him so much that he’s actually willing to come out retirement to fight him.

Khan called it a day following his February 2022 to arch nemesis Kell Brook (and has also conveniently been serving a two-year drugs ban since then), but hinted he’s willing to hit the gym and even go up in weight to beat up Jake Paul. Here’s what he had to say:

“Jake Paul, he gets on my nerves a little bit. I think the way he conducts himself, the way he acts, and he’s just full of himself as well and he thinks he can fight, he’s only been boxing for like a year, so yeah, I’d love to fight him.

He’s been very lucky though, he’s a little bit heavier than me but I don’t mind putting the pounds on just to beat him up.”

It actually makes a lot of sense. Jake Paul’s specialty is beating up ex-boxers or non-boxers who are well past their time, and the one time he fought an active boxer in Tommy Fury he lost via a split-decision.

Could be an interesting one to keep an eye on if Paul responds to Khan’s comments. It would probably be more evenly matched than most people think. I hate to say it but if there’s any ex world champion that Jake Paul could KO, it’s probably Khan. I’ve got a bad feeling he would do it too.

Then again, Khan is faster, more experienced, and more technically skilled, so who knows? Either way it’s a good fight for Jake Paul to take. Big name, former world champ, and he has all the physical advantages. What excuse could he possibly come up with? Come on Jake, make it happen.

For the time Amir Khan lost the plot on his wife after she pranked him into believing she lost £2m of his money, click HERE. Good one.
