When we were growing up, things like OnlyFans didn’t exist which meant we didn’t have to worry about our mums joining the X-rated site. No such luck for Amber Rose’s 9-year-old son, whose mum has previously confessed she used to twerk for him when he was 3 years old.

Amber Rose explained on Emily Ratajkowski’s podcast how she chose to be 100% honest about her work after one of Sebastian’s classmates alerted him to his mum’s OnlyFans account:

‘Your son, by the time he’s 5, is going to start Googling you and seeing everything,

I had a whole conversation with him about it. I said that whoever told him that, their parents are ignorant because obviously he got it from his parents.

I just explained everything. When it comes to women, you have to let women do what they need to do to support their families.’

Rose went on to tell her son that “Mommy has to make money” in order to afford his “nice school,” as well as vacations and trips to Six Flags and Universal Studios. Which is fair enough really. We’re probably entering a generation where loads of people’s mums will be/will have been on OnlyFans.

Turns out Sebastian is “already” a fully-fledged feminist thanks to Amber Rose’s parenting techniques. She says that once during a car ride, one of his friends began bashing OnlyFans creators, which prompted her son to speak up:

‘Bro, you can’t say that. You have to let a woman do what she wants with her body. That’s not cool. You can’t do that.’

Well, I’m not saying Amber Rose should feel ashamed about what she does for a living, but I’m not sure exposing a 9-year-old to it is the best idea in the world. Then again, what was she supposed to do after the kid’s classmates brought it up? Keep him in the dark? This is a woman who loves her children so much that she got their names tattooed on her forehead, after all. At least they’ll have learnt that honesty is the best policy, even if it involves telling your 9-year-old that you take your kit off for money.
