Andrew And Tristan Tate Charged In The UK As Prosecutors Seek Extradition From The United States

Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate have been arrested by US Marshals in Miami, Florida, following an official extradition request from the UK’s Crown Prosecution Service.

The charges include:

  • 7 counts of rape
  • 3 counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation
  • 3 counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm
  • 19 additional charges for offences relating to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography.

The brothers are now being held by US authorities pending extradition to the UK. Here’s the moment they were bagged in Miami:

The Tate fanboys are out in full effect calling the charges fake and whatnot, but according to the CPS, Bedfordshire Police provided them with tons of new evidence which added 38 new criminal charges on top of 21 previous charges. The alleged offences took place between July 2010 and August 2017.

From the looks of it, they are absolutely screwed. The Tate brothers seemed happy to fight charges in the US and Romania because they were basically getting away with it all, but they were avoiding the UK like a rash.

With all these charges piled against them, I don’t see how they won’t be found guilty of at least a few of them. They could even be on remand for 2-3 years before it gets to trial if they plead not guilty (unless it’s sped up through the courts). No Trump in the UK to protect them this time.

Their lawyer Joseph McBride has labeled these new charges “political dirty work” and “slander”.
