Millionaire Was Arrested In Putney Pusher Case After His Ex-Partner Grassed Him Up To Police
Everyone knew it would be an ex that spilled the beans when the original story broke, and sure enough – it’s now being reported that the Putney Pusher was arrested after an ex-partner spoke to the police.
The mystery jogger went viral back in 2017 for shoving a female pedestrian into the path of an oncoming double-decker bus on Putney Bridge. Here’s a reminder:

The suspect was detained today at his £1.4million home in west London.

The man jogged back across the bridge 15 minutes later and completely ignored the victim when she tried to confront him, but amazingly, no one was able to identify and track him down afterwards despite this happening in one of the most surveilled cities in the world.
In the year that followed, the Met police interviewed 50 people of interest and made three mistaken arrests before officially closing the case in 2018.
Well, fast forward almost 10 years and the Met have arrested a 44-year-old multi-millionaire private banker and former British Army officer £1.4million home in west London. They also found a load of Class A and B drugs at his home, so he’s in trouble for that too.

According to the Times, information from a former partner was instrumental in securing the arrest of the man, who reportedly has ties to several European royal families.
A spokesperson for the Met said: ‘On Monday, 15 June, a 44-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of attempted grievous bodily harm.
‘The arrest relates to an incident on 5 May 2017, where a woman was pushed into the path of a bus on Putney Bridge in Putney.
‘Once in police custody, he was also arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A and Class B drugs.
‘He has since been bailed pending further investigation in relation to all offences.’
Does this mean that said ex-partner hid information relating to a crime for 10 years? Well, it turns out you’re not actually obligated to report a crime in the UK that you were aware of or even witnessed. He could have told her exactly what happened and she never had to tell anyone.
Now obviously he could tell the police that she’s lying or made it all up, but if he looks like the guy in the video, then he’s probably screwed. Did well to keep her quiet for all this time, but at the end of the day, hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. When will they release a name and proper photo of the Putney Pusher?
