Hayden Panettiere Details Moment She Was Put In Bed At 18 With ‘Undressed’ And ‘Very Famous’ Man On A Boat

Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere was on the Jay Shetty podcast the other day and shared a story about how she was put in a dodgy situation while onboard a boat at the age of 18.

Being a young and pretty actress in the early 00s, Panettiere was basically predator bait, but she only realised it during this experience.

The now-36-year-old said: “Even though I’d lived such a huge life and I thought I was oh so mature at 18 … scientifically, your frontal lobes don’t develop until we’re what, 25, 26?

“So even though I felt like I could make healthy decisions, safe decisions, I wasn’t capable of being fully aware of what was going on around me.”

She explained that she had no clue what was happening until she was led downstairs into a ‘very small room’ where an unnamed, ‘very famous’ man, was already undressed and waiting for her.

“I was led by somebody that I had grown to trust and see as a protector and somebody who had my back.

“She physically put me in the bed next to this undressed man who was very famous.

“That lion in me, that fire in me … my hair stood on end and I became ferocious. I was like, ‘This is not happening.’”

She then escaped the room and spent the rest of the day hiding elsewhere on the boat until they made it back to land.

“There was nobody who was going to be empathetic to my situation. I realised that this was nothing new to them.”

She claims the man behaved as though this was ‘an average day’ for him, which I’m sure it was. For whatever reason she doesn’t want to name him, so perhaps it’s someone who managed to escape the #MeToo movement and is simply too big a name to risk exposing.

There is some speculation that the person who was meant to be looking out for Panettiere but instead delivered her on a plate to this man is Diana Jenkins – a former friend of Jeffrey Epstein. She also starred on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2022 and was previously married to wealthy banker Roger Jenkins.

Whoever it was, this have been a terrifying experience for an 18-year-old girl to be faced with out on a boat in the middle of nowhere, and to have been led into it by someone she thought she could trust just makes it even worse.
