Vitaly Issues Apology After Falsely Accusing Man Of Being A Predator – Is Now Being Sued

After being locked up in the Philippines for 10 months for trolling locals during a live-stream, Vitaly has returned to LA where he’s resumed regular service; baiting paedophiles by pretending to be a child on the internet, and then meeting them in person to humiliate and verbally abuse them on camera.

Unfortunately for Vitaly, he has once again royally c0cked up after he managed to accuse the wrong man of being a paedophile (and racially abuse him for good measure):

Vitaly issued the following apology on Kick: “My team and I mistakenly portrayed Akash Singhania as a child pred*tor. This was a mistake that I deeply regret. He never intended to meet a minor and has been cleared of all wrongdoing. I apologise to Mr. Singhania, his family, his friends, and anyone else affected by this mistake. To be clear, the work we do to expose predatory behavior is of the utmost importance, but in doing so, we cannot lose sight of the truth. I have removed the video from all my accounts, and I ask that anyone who has saved it please do the same. Though I never encourage anyone to attempt to contact any person in my videos, I ask that anyone who is attempting to contact Mr. Singhania cease at once. This was a learning experience for my team and me, and we will ensure that we remain committed to the truth, as we always have.”

Indeed, police cleared Akash Singhania of any wrongdoing and now Vitaly has a huge problem on his hands. The clip has been shared far and wide all over the internet and an innocent man has been portrayed as a paedophile to millions of people. His life and reputation are forever changed, and an apology simply won’t cut it.

Singhania is fully intending to sue the fvck out of Vitaly:

In the meantime, Vitaly has announced he will be taking a break from paedophile stings, and admits that he fully realises that he’s “cooked” due to the situation with Akash:

Just goes to show – you need to be ultra careful and sure of what you’re doing when accusing someone of serious crimes on camera, especially when you’ve got millions of people watching. Apparently the way this trap works by the girl saying she is 18+, them having a long convo, and then right before they meet she says “joke I lied im actually 16” and then they confront whoever still shows up.

In this case it seems the girl forgot to send the “I’m actually 16” so the guy just showed up expecting a 18+ woman. Whoops.

At the end of the day, all Vitaly and co. care about is the content. They don’t actually give a sh1t about the victims of child predators; all they’re interested in is humiliating these creeps on camera for views. Well, this time it’s backfired massively in Vitaly’s face. Unlucky bud.
