Old Footage Resurfaces Of Ghetts Speeding As He Faces Life In Prison For Death By Dangerous Driving

UK rapper Ghetts has completely f-cked his life and career up after causing the death of 20-year-old student Yubin Tamang in a hit-and-run collision that occurred in Ilford, London, last October.

Ghetts was driving his BMW M5 at over 60mph in a 30mph zone when he struck Yubin Tamang as the student was crossing Redbridge Lane East. The impact was so severe that Tamang went flying 60 – 70 feet in the air. The CCTV footage is actually easy to find on X and so on, but it’s too brutal to share here; after all, it shows a man dying.

Tamang, an only child from Nepal who was in the UK to study, suffered critical injuries and died in the hospital two days later.

Ghetts, 41, was drunk at the time and failed to stop at the scene. Police located his heavily damaged BMW near his home the next day and arrested him as he ‘played dumb.’

At the Old Bailey this week, Ghetts pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving and a separate charge of dangerous driving in other London areas (Camden, Islington, Hackney) earlier on the same day. He also faces further charges, including driving while over the legal alcohol limit.

It turns out Ghetts has a bit of history driving like an absolute moron, as evidenced in this resurfaced footage doing the rounds:

Absolute clown. Aside from driving like a maniac under the influence, it says a lot about his character that he failed to stop or even report what happened. He’s actually had a stellar 20+ year career as a rapper in the UK, so it beggars belief how he could be so careless and stupid in his 40s. Completely thrown his life away and killed a man in the process.

RIP to the victim whose life was taken before it even really began. No doubt it will haunt Ghetts for as long as he remains in jail, and the rest of his existence too.
