People Are Now Hanging Union Jack Flags Outside Gary Neville’s Hotel In Manchester

Gary Neville annoyed a lot of people with his comments on the Manchester synagogue attack last week, blaming the division in Britain that led to the attack on “angry middle-aged white men” and confessing to taking down a Union Jack flag he saw put up on one of his building sites.

Well, here’s something he should have seen coming – British ‘patriots’ are now putting up flags outside the hotel he owns in Manchester:

Doesn’t get pettier than that really, does it? I suppose the flag will be easy enough to take down, but what if someone decides to go next level with it and project a Union Flag onto the building itself? Well, they’d probably be arrested like the people who projected an image of Jeffrey Epstein onto Windsor Castle, but that doesn’t mean it wouldn’t be worth the effort.

Still, some might say that this stunt proves the point that Gary Neville was making. That the Union Jack is being weaponised to attack, troll and divide people, and that the men behind it “know exactly what they’re doing.”

Apparently Sky Sports is also ‘facing a boycott’ over Gary Neville’s remarks, but I don’t think people are going to stop watching football all because Gary Neville had a moan about ‘middle-aged white men’, do you?
