5. Wearing Bad Shoes
Most girls I know judge a man’s dress sense fundamentally on his shoes. Other clothes are more transient: by chance you could have thrown together a decent outfit. Plain white t-shirts can be masters deception, equally you could be borrowing that jacket from your perfectly dressed friend, we can never be sure. But shoes are different; they’re a real investment (or should be) and consequentially great indicators of your personality. If I look down and see a pair of Fred Perry plimsolls my opinion of you just plummeted irrevocably. Every pair of Lonsdales I see I slowly lose faith in our generation.
