This is Florida rapper ‘Presto Flo’. He was having a photo shoot done in his hometown of Clearwater and was feeling pretty bad ass about it… until a massive gust of wind came by and literally swept him off his feet:

According to the YouTube description he actually scuffed up his hand and shin pretty bad on landing — don’t let that put you off laughing though.

Could be worse – the wind could have literally picked him up and body slammed him into the ground, like what happened to this unfortunate soul.
