In the latest in a long line of innovations that have recently come to WhatsApp, the instant messaging service is now allowing you to bold and italicise your text and even strike through it too. Calm down, I know you’re excited.
OK, here’s how it works (courtesy of the Metro):
To bold text, just add asterisks either side — *bold*.
To italicise, add underscores — _italics_ .
To strikethrough, add these weird wiggly ‘tildes’ — ~tilde~.
And then your messages will look like the one in the featured image of this post. Groovy.
