Real Reason Katie Price’s Husband Arrested As Authorities Deny ‘Spying’

This Lee Andrews saga just gets more and more embarrassing by the day.

Katie Price’s husband first went missing a couple weeks ago after claiming in a FaceTime call (complete with tied hands and hood on) that he had been kidnapped. After that, his dad revealed that this was nonsense, and his son had actually been arrested and jailed.

The other day, Katie Price revealed what Lee had called her from Dubai jail, and told her that authorities detained him because they “thought he was a spy”.

Today, UAE authorities have denied any espionage or spying charges. Instead, Dubai Police chief Brigadier Khalid Khalifa al Avadhi confirmed that Andrews is actually facing multiple arrest warrants for financial fraud and civil cases.

I mean, is Lee Andrews the biggest bullsh1tter on the planet or what? It never stops with this guy. From claiming to be a multi-millionaire with a company that doesn’t exist, creating AI images of himself hanging out with Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian, claiming to have been kidnapped, and now making out that he’s some kind of James Bond type being interrogated for spying.

Price had said initially after speaking with Lee: “It was very rushed but he said the authorities out there thought he was a spy. I told him how worried I’d been and that I loved him.”

Furthermore, this isn’t Andrews’ first legal complication in the UAE. Prior to this arrest, he was already subject to a strict UAE travel ban. Past allegations from former partners and journalists accuse Andrews of being a romance scammer and a conman, including a previous three-week jail stint for allegedly forging an ex-girlfriend’s signature to illegally secure a £200,000 loan.

Marrying Katie Price after just a few days of knowing her? That should have been a red flag in itself. Surely at this point even she realises that the guy is a conman, but then I guess she also has to think about all the publicity this is providing her with. Lee Andrews has been an absolute content goldmine for her (and us, to be fair).

Well anyway, Lee will reportedly be free to go on Monday after paying a four-figure fine. Somehow I doubt they’d extend that courtesy to a spy, do you?
