A few months back, Ray J took to the internet streets to defend himself after one of the fakest scenes in reality TV history in which a distraught Kim Kardashian broke down in tears when the master copy of the infamous sex tape she made while getting banged by Ray J was returned to her by the heroic Kanye West.

Well it looks as though Kim Kardashian has sullied Ray J’s good name once more, in a clip where she discusses claims that there’s a second sex tape with Ray J floating around. While speaking on the phone, Kim says the following:
“I’m 99.9 percent sure [it doesn’t exist] but the fact that these people keep saying they have a tape, what if I was f**king asleep and he stuffed a d***o up my a**?
“I don’t know. I don’t remember anything. It’s completely illegal. Have Marty [Singer] scare the s**t out of this guy.”

Now clearly Kim is just joking around with that comment, but still, she’s essentially suggested the guy is a rapist to a worldwide audience of millions of people.
Ray J has been on something of a rampage since these clips went viral, posting a ton of text receipts that supposedly prove that Kris Jenner orchestrated the release of the 2007 sex tape in order to boost her daughter’s celebrity status. Ray J even claims that Jenner made him and Kim shoot 3 sex tapes before deciding on the best one.
Last Sunday, Ray J shared a series of angry Instagram videos after Jenner took a lie detector test on the Late Late Show, which indicated she was telling the truth when she claimed she had nothing to do with releasing her daughter’s sex tape.

Well it now looks as though Ray J is ready to sue the family, having had enough of how the situation has played out…
Just one issue though – he’s been struggling to find the right lawyers to work with him as too many of them are terrified of the Kardashians and the money and power they yield. Ray J told TMZ:
“Let me represent myself then because I’m not afraid of them. And I’m not afraid of the truth.”
Ray J also describes how it’s a positive that Kris took the lie detector test as it gives him another year to sue due to the statute of limitations:
“Now I can sue it for exactly what you’ve been doing – lying. Let’s get to the facts of what happened, let’s get to the facts of the timeline of when it happened.
All that crying that you did was all fake, all the stuff you said, all the people you lied to all around the world.”
The one question Ray J continues to ask that certainly holds some weight is this – if Kim/Kris are so sure that he leaked the sex tape himself, as they’ve suggested for many years now, then why haven’t they sued him? The answer to him is that they know they’re lying and are terrified of what would happen if the truth really came out. Hopefully Ray J keeps up the pressure and takes this thing all the way to court. Exciting!
