Police Say Alan Ritchson Acted In Self-Defence Following POV Footage Of Neighbour Fight
Brentwood Police say Alan Ritchson acted in self-defense by beating up his neighbour, and say no charges will be filed against the Reacher star.
This comes following the release of POV footage that shows the neighbour initially stepped directly into the path of the bike, causing Ritchson to flip over the handlebars, which is a detail both men omitted from their versions of events. Watch below:

The Brentwood Police Department said: “After reviewing available evidence, including video footage and witness statements, authorities determined that no criminal charges will be pursued. Mr. Ritchson’s actions were found to be in self-defense.
“Although a potential reckless endangerment charge was considered, Mr. Ritchson declined to pursue charges.”
Huge W for Ritchson and a massive L for his absolute Karen of a neighbour. What was he even thinking squaring up to Jack Reacher in the first place? There’s no way he needed to be that aggressive but I suppose he thought he would be safe from a @ss-whooping in his nice little suburban neighbour. Not when Jack Reacher is around, clearly.
The case has now been closed.
