Man With The World’s Smallest Penis Apologises For Sending Unsolicited D-ck Pics To Women

A man named Michael Phillips has the dubious honour of possessing the smallest penis in the world – we first wrote about him earlier this year when Lorraine Kelly burst out laughing at him live on This Morning.

As if that wasn’t brutal enough, Michael, 38, has now issued a statement apologising for sending unsolicited d1ck pics to women, though he claims the only reason he did this was because he wanted to be upfront about what he’s working with (0.38 inches) so that he didn’t waste anyone’s time.

Michael told TMZ: “There was a girl who I was angry with because she started making fun of me. I had commented on her post, and a bunch of people started attacking me. They saw I was in the news for having a micropenis and she started posting about that. I did send her an unsolicited pic of myself because I wanted to show her that she shouldn’t make fun of people and let her see what she’s making fun of.”

“I tried to tell her it’s a disability and something I have to live with, I was hoping for it to be a teachable moment.”

Michael also admits to sending unsolicited d1ck pics in the past but says he would only do it when he was drunk and feeling confident (well, as confident as one can feel with a micropenis), though he admits in hindsight it was “stupid.”

He says of the nudes: “I don’t do that anymore. I apologise to any woman I may have offended.”

Listen, fair play to the guy for putting himself out there both on the dating scene and in the media to discuss the stigma around having a micropenis. He may only have 0.38 inches of penis, but Michael Phillips clearly has bigger balls than a lot of men. Good on him for also realising that unsolicited d1ck pics are not the way to go, even if you’re just trying to send a ‘warning’ to the girl you’re chatting up.
