Meet Ness and Stilla – a pair of young Israeli rappers who are dominating the music scene in Israel thanks to their pro-IDF war song that calls for celebrities like Dua Lipa, Bella Hadid and Mia Khalifa to be killed for their pro-Palestinian views.

Ness and Stilla released drill song Harbu Darbu, which translates to ‘raining hell on one’s opponent’, in November last year, and it’s since racked up 18 million+ views on YouTube and 5 million+ streams on Spotify.

Here’s Ness, real name Nessya Levi, who is 21 and relatively new to the music scene:

In fact she has only one other song on YouTube which was uploaded six months ago called ‘Small Bag’, which is all about makeup and Versace sunglasses.

And here’s Stilla, 25, whose real name is Dor Soroker. He’s been uploading music onto YouTube for the last 7 years, but like his musical partner only made it ‘big’ with a track celebrating the destruction of Palestine:

At one point in the song, the pair rap:

‘Every dog gets what he deserves in the end.

‘Bella Hadid, Dua Lipa, Mia Khalifa.

‘Every dog gets what he deserves in the end.

‘All IDF units are coming to do Harbu Darbu on their head.’

Which is pretty messed up, really. I mean, even if you don’t believe in a ceasefire or that Israel has gone too far, you can’t be calling for people with opposing views to be killed, can you?

What’s really crazy is how massively popular this song is with Israeli youth. This could easily spur some unhinged lunatic to do something wild next time Dua Lipa or Bella Hadid or Mia Khalifa are at a public event, although I’m sure they all have topnotch security detail working for them (well, the first two at least).

Not to mention, Ness and Stilla are completely shooting themselves in the foot here. There’s no way they’ll ever be able to tour or make music outside of Israel with songs like this, which seriously limits their prospects for any type of real superstardom. Definition of a one hit wonder, I guess. No long-term planning…
