A former personal security guard for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been caught in an undercover sting operation trying to meet a 15-year-old boy.
Not just any undercover sting operation, either – he got busted by Chris f’n Hansen himself!

Matthew Mahl, 46, spent over 20 years with the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, D.C., before his retirement.
During the bust, Hansen directly referenced his high-level security background, saying: “You were involved in security for the Israeli leader Netanyahu.”
I doubt Netanyahu even remembers or recognises this guy, as it sounds like he was probably just serving as his security guard while he was on U.S. soil, rather than a full-time Israeli agent.
Presumably, he was able to answer questions later on at the police station once he spoke to his attorney. Don’t suppose there’s any hope this one actually faces some repercussions for his noncing?
