Musicians are supporting disaster-stricken Japan by doing their bit for the recovery efforts. With benefit concerts, clubnights and EP’s all set up to help raise money after the catastrophic Earthquake and Tsunami, it seems that everyone wants to get involved. Check out the EP by Morning Benders which features two of their unreleased tracks, Sick Chirpse favourite Star Slinger, Twin Sister and Wild Nothing remixes.

Lead singer Chris Chu says of the project, titled Japan Echo EP or 日本・エコー,”I was born in Japan, and although I only lived there for a couple of years, I’ve always had a deep love for the country and its people. I cannot express how sad and helpless I’ve felt reading about everything that is happening there right now…. we wanted to do everything we could to help”.
