Andrew Tate Has Accidentally Reopened The UK Criminal Investigation Into Himself

Andrew Tate appears to have accidentally helped reopen the UK criminal investigation into himself regarding allegations of rape and sexual assault dating back to 2014 and 2015.

Court documents show Tate’s legal team asked Hertfordshire Police to hand over evidence from the original investigation so they could use it against the women suing him in civil court.

But when Detective Superintendent Sally Phillips reviewed the material, she became “increasingly concerned about the quality and completeness” of the original investigation.

The result? Hertfordshire Police have decided to launch a full criminal reinvestigation into the rape and sexual assault allegations. Whoops…

Now obviously this doesn’t automatically mean that Andrew Tate is guilty of rape and sexual assault from 11 years ago, but the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) also announced it had launched an inquiry into the original handling of the case.

The IOPC cites potential gross misconduct by former officers who originally closed the case in 2019.

By requesting that Hertfordshire Police send over the evidence from this historic case so he can use it against four women who are taking him to civil court, Tate has scored an unbelievable own goal as he’ll now have more legal dramas to contend with.

Naturally the Tate fanboys are out in full force on X calling this some kind of conspiracy to bring Tate down because he keeps talking politics and whatnot, and who knows? Maybe there’s some truth to that. Or maybe he really is a bit of a rapist and sex trafficker? None of us know for sure.

One thing we do know – he has a long, long list of open cases currently ongoing in three different countries:

Romania

  • Human Trafficking and Rape Trial: Prosecutors charge Andrew and Tristan Tate with forming an organized crime gang to sexually exploit seven victims. Andrew Tate faces an individual charge of rape.
  • Minors, Money Laundering, and Cybercrime Probe: A second criminal investigation covers allegations of trafficking minors, sex with a minor, cybercrimes, and using front companies to launder millions in illicit webcam earnings.
  • Hate Speech and Discrimination Probe: Prosecutors expanded their investigation to charge Andrew Tate with publicly instigating hatred and discrimination against women through his podcasts and online speeches.

UK

  • UK Criminal Prosecution (CPS): The Crown Prosecution Service has authorized 10 criminal charges against Andrew Tate. Charges include rape, human trafficking, and controlling prostitution.
  • Criminal Extradition Warrant: British police hold a pending European arrest warrant to extradite Tate to the UK. This will execute immediately after the Romanian legal cases conclude.
  • High Court Civil Lawsuit: Four British women are suing Tate for damages over alleged physical assault, rape, and coercive control dating back to 2014–2015.
  • Civil Tax Evasion Case: British authorities are pursuing civil litigation against the Tate brothers for allegedly evading taxes on revenues generated by their online businesses.

US

  • Federal Human Trafficking Investigation: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is actively running a criminal inquiry into the Tates’ operations regarding U.S. citizens.
  • California Civil Assault Lawsuit: A civil lawsuit filed in Los Angeles by Tate’s ex-girlfriend accuses him of domestic violence, battery, and sexual assault.
  • California Defamation Countersuit: Andrew Tate has filed a legal countersuit against his California ex-girlfriend, claiming her allegations are malicious defamation.
  • Florida Defamation Lawsuit: The Tate brothers are suing a Florida woman for $5 million. She is a key witness in the Romanian case, and the Tates claim her trafficking statements are false.

Have to admit – it would be quite amazing if Andrew Tate and his brother were innocent parties in every one of those charges. But again – who knows?

Either way the last thing he needed was for another case to be reopened due to his own c0ck-up. Let’s see how it goes for him.

For the time Tristan Tate was exposed for sliding into the DM’s of a famous YouTube crossdresser, click HERE. Perfectly legal, to be fair.
