Man Who Confronted And Called Police On Dad Who Took Daughters Into Women’s Restroom Has Been Fired
The male Karen who called the police on a dad who had taken his two young daughters into a women’s restroom during a road trip has been sacked after the footage went viral.
Here’s a reminder of the incident that went down in the QuikTrip women’s restroom:

The Karen in question, identified as Robert Buckner, has now been cut loose by Mississippi real estate firm Overstreet Properties.
The firm issued a public statement clarifying that his behavior did not reflect their corporate values and announced they are no longer associated with him.
Which actually seems a little harsh? I mean, don’t get me the wrong, the guy behaved like an absolute clown and was the only person actually making women/girls feel uncomfortable in that moment, but to lose his livelihood over it? I’m not sure anyone expected that or was calling for it.
Then again, the footage amassed tens of millions of views across TikTok, X, and Threads. If you’re the owner of Overstreet Properties, you don’t really want your company associated with the most vilified man on the internet this week, do you? Furthermore, they get loads of publicity for sacking him and putting out a statement affirming that they are #TeamToiletDad.
Moral of the story – he should probably mind his business next time.
