Looksmaxxer Androgenic Removed From Flight After Staff Flagged Him As Looking “Very Ill”
Australian “looksmaxxer” Ronan Androgenic has been removed from a flight after airline staff flagged him for appearing “very ill” following a recent cosmetic procedure in Thailand.
The 25-year-old, from Brisbane, traveled to Thailand for extreme facial cosmetic surgery and ended up looking like this:
Five days post-operation, Androgenic boarded his return flight to Australia with severe swelling and extensive medical bandages wrapped entirely around his jaw, chin, and head.
He immediately conked out in his seat before take-off, with Jetstar flight crew members trying to wake him up. He was unrousable and unresponsive, which caused staff to become concerned over his fitness to travel in an unpressurised cabin environment.
He woke up eventually and whipped out his phone to record the ensuing argument (naturally), in which a flight attendant can be heard telling him: “Your face is very ill.”
Ouch! Is there a worse thing you can say to a Looksmaxxer?

Despite Androgenic’s protests that his doctor had cleared him to fly (b0llocks), staff stood by safety protocols, citing that he failed to communicate clearly when initially approached.
The influencer/looksmaxxer then started swearing at staff before being escorted off the plane. He later posted updates from a hotel room, saying his “Thailand arc” would be extended.
In the end, Jetstar staff probably made the right call. There’s a reason why surgeons tell you to wait 7-14 days before flying post-op, as trapped gases and swelling inside fresh surgical wounds can dangerously expand due to cabin pressure changes.
I guess a guy who’s dedicated his life to mutilating himself so he can look like a Cartoon Network character isn’t fussed about that sort of thing. They may have actually ended up saving his life? I guess we’ll never know…
