Model Who Divorced NFL Star Because His Penis Was The Size Of ‘Two Coke Cans’ Wants Case Thrown Out

You may remember the story about NFL star Matt Kalil – who is suing his ex-wife, model and influencer Haley Baylee, after she told the world that he has an unimaginably massive penis.

Long story short – Matt and Haley Kalil divorced in 2022 after seven years of marriage. Last year, Haley went on a Twitch stream & said Matt’s penis was the reason for the split, as it was the size of “two Coca-Cola cans stacked on top of each other — maybe a third” and that it would leave her in tears.

You would think that Matt would be happy to have the world know about this, but the opposite is true – he’s actually fuming because his new wife & family have been bombarded with messages that are becoming “increasingly frequent, disturbing, and alarming in nature.”

As such, the 36-year-old is suing for invasion of privacy, as well as unjust enrichment, claiming ex-wife Haley “received substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetisation through various social media platforms and media coverage.”

Understandably, Haley was ‘shocked and incredibly hurt’ to hear she was being sued for $75,000, and according to Page Six, court documents show she has asked a judge for the lawsuit to be dismissed.

The documents read: “Plaintiff’s complaint seeks to hold a woman in the public eye civilly liable for providing a truthful, autobiographical account of sexual trauma she suffered and described as having led to the end of a highly publicized celebrity marriage with an NFL football star.”

So it seems Haley Baylee is going for the “I was merely stating the truth” argument, which I think is a valid legal approach. I don’t know if this means that Matt Kalil is going to have to whip his knob out in court but maybe he’ll have to provide a photo at the very least.

Baylee said her marriage to Kalil had been a ‘loving union that was ultimately hindered by an unfortunate physical incompatibility’ while noting that she ‘repeatedly praised his character and the quality of their marriage throughout the interview’.

Her camp said the lawsuit from her ex-husband ‘ignores the dominant theme of the speech and instead attempts to isolate the narrow subset of statements concerning the size of Plaintiff’s genitalia’.

They also said courts had a history of recognising ‘the romantic relationships of celebrities fall within the scope of matters of public concern, rather than purely private affairs’.

At this point, we must wait to find out whether the judge accepts her argument and dismisses the lawsuit.

A legal representative for Matt Kalil doesn’t think it will go her away: “Haley Kalil’s motion to dismiss does not dispute the fact that she wantonly disclosed private and intimate details about Matt Kalil that resulted in widespread ridicule and unwanted attention.

“The motion completely misses the point that a spouse does not have a right to expose private and confidential marital and sexual details for the purpose of profiting. We expect that the motion will be completely denied.”
