Conor McGregor Vs Jorge Masvidal Is Being Teased For UFC White House
UFC White House is taking place on June 14 2026 and they’ve yet to confirm any fights – but word on the internet streets is that Conor McGregor Vs Jorge Masvidal is in the works.
Masvidal, who is coming out of retirement for the event, told Ariel Helwani on his show the other night that “dialogue has been opened” regarding a potential fight with McGregor, and that the chances are “not looking bad right now”. He has also teased a “very big” fight announcement is imminent.
He also assured he would “beat the f***ing dog sh*t out of” Conor McGregor – which does seem likely at this stage, to be fair.

Meanwhile, McGregor has been pushing for a return to the Octagon after being out since July 2021 due to a broken leg. He is eligible to compete again from April 2026 after serving an anti-doping ban. Perfect timing!
Dana White also recently confirmed that the long-awaited fight between McGregor and Michael Chandler is no longer happening, so that only fuels speculation that Masvidal could be the replacement opponent. Thoughts and prayers with Chandler on that one because he’s been begging for that fight for years, only to see it repeatedly booked and cancelled.

We’ll know more as we roll into February as that’s when Dana White says that matchmaking will begin to take place. The fight does make a lot of sense though and would an insane big money fight for McGregor’s return.
Both fighters are also notoriously pro-Trump so I do wonder who Trump will be backing if/when this goes down; the Cuban immigrant or the Irishman asking for $100 million and 100 golden visas just to be involved? Tough call.
