A TikToker Has Proved That Kim Kardashian Wasn’t Lying About North West’s Bob Ross Painting

The internet was in uproar earlier this week after Kim Kardashian posted a picture of a painting that she claimed her seven year old daughter North had painted because nobody believed that a seven year old would be capable of such a feat and instead attributed the work to world famous painters like Bob Ross.

To be fair, whilst it would be seriously strange for Kim Kardashian to lie about her even year old’s artistic achievements, the painting was really good so it might question you to wonder whether or not North West had actually painted it. The furore that it created seems a bit unnecessary though, but hey it’s the internet what do you expect?

Anyway, Kim Kardashian has found help from an unexpected source with TikTok user Camryn Fred, who claims that her mother is North West’s art teacher and part of her syllabus is learning how to paint like that. She even uploaded a picture of herself with a similar painting from that age as proof, although I’m not really sure if that proves anything when you think about it.

Here’s the video for you to make your own mind up:

Yeah, I dunno if I’m buying that because the paintings are really different, but to be honest I didn’t think Kim Kardashian was making it up in the first place. She’s understandably really butthurt about the whole situation as well, saying the following via her Instagram story:

Don’t play with me when it comes to my children!!!

My daughter and her best friend have been taking a serious oil painting class where their talents and creativity are being encouraged and nurtured. North worked incredibly hard on her painting, which took several weeks to complete.

As a proud mom, I wanted to share her work with everyone. I’m seeing op-ed pieces in the media and social media from grown adults breaking down whether or not my child actually painted this! How dare you see children doing awesome things and then try to accuse them of NOT being awesome!?!?!

Yeah fair play to her. Get something better to do internet, like bitching about Weetabix trying to replace beans on toast with beans on Weetabix. Seems like a more worthy cause.
