Well, not to worry as this beefed-up horseman has developed a brand new type of workout – horseman bodybuilding. It looks as mental as it sounds:
That’s a lot to take in from a 30 minute segment. I particularly enjoyed the raw egg, coffee ground vomiting warm-up. There’s no better way to start a workout than vomiting out of an animal mask.
