Stone Cold Steve Austin is one of the most famous and recognisable wrestlers of all time and pretty much everyone who knows him would associate him with drinking a whole bunch of beers and pouring them all over himself.

Or at least that’s what he used to do as Austin has now revealed on his podcast that he’s quit drinking and is using his free time to do yoga now. You can’t make this shit up:
My eating program is going fantastic. [I’m] sticking to my exact macros. Zero alcohol for right at 14 days now.
Pounds are coming off. My strength is going up. Jesus Christ, I’m getting as strong as a goddamn horse over here.
No alcohol and when you hit the weights on a consistent basis and eat what you’re supposed to, it is amazing the difference that you can make or I’m making.
I’m also doing my DDP Yoga sh*t. Hell, I’m going to jump up here and do the splits like a god-dang cheerleader in a minute! I’m flexible as a motherf*cker.
Dallas’ program works like a b*tch. I appreciate it, Dallas. I appreciate it, man. That’s a badass program. I’m sticking to it!
Who would have thought it? I kinda feel like the Steve Austin from twenty years ago would hit his music, come down to the ring and hit this jabroni with a stunner, but I suppose it just goes to show that everyone does change over time. Just never thought it would be as sad as this when I heard about it, that’s all.
