In news that has shocked the 420 world to its core, Snoop Dogg has announced that he has quit smoking weed, much in the same way that someone would announce a divorce or a death in the family:
Have we hopped into an alternate reality or something? Surely there’s no way the man who is most synonymous with smoking weed has put out his joint for the last time. Crazy if true! It’s Snoop Dogg’s whole identity, his whole reason for being. Which makes me think that maybe this is some kind of PR move where he comes out with a line of THC gummies or something. After all, he specifically says he decided to “give up smoke”. He didn’t mention anything about getting blasted off edibles.
On the other hand, maybe his lungs are completely mashed up from years and years of chronic weed smoking? I mean, it can’t be healthy for your body to be smoking weed as much and for as long as Snoop Dogg has. He’s a 52 year old man! So as much as we don’t want to live in a world where Snoop Dogg is not getting stoned, I think we should support the decision, if it is indeed a health issue.
