Nobody knows for sure when the next episode/series of Black Mirror is hitting Netflix, but a lot of rumours seem to suggest that a movie named Bandersnatch will be dropping on December 28th.

As of right now, nobody really knows anything about the plot of the movie or what might be going down in it, but someone found the following on the Korean Media Ratings Board regarding it:

Not sure how they stumbled across that, but they’ve also kindly translated it to reveal the following:

A young programmer makes a fantasy novel into a game. Soon, reality and virtual world are mixed and start to create confusion.

Interesting. This fits with the idea that the episode might be a ‘choose your own adventure’ style interactive experience. The listing also states that the film/episode is a whopping 312 minutes which also lends credence to this theory as if they did film multiple outcomes for each decision made during the show then this would lead to a lengthy runtime.

Needless to say with all this speculation we’re pretty damn excited. Only a couple more days until we find out what the deal with it all is though thankfully.
