If you’re still not convinced of the cultural significance and popularity of ‘Tiger King’, then maybe you should take a look as to how it’s apparently influenced a ‘Call Of Duty’ skin. There’s nothing really much bigger than invading one of the biggest video game franchises of all time, is there?

I mean the skin looks exactly like John Finlay – or at least how he looked in the documentary before that final episode where he turns into what Joel McHale describes as a ‘mythical cowboy’ – with similar tattoos and a buzz cut and it can’t have just been a coincidence that it was released a couple of weeks after the premiere of ‘Tiger King’. It comes from operator Yegor and is available with Modern Warfare’s new Season 3 Battle Pass.

The only difference seems to be that the character has teeth, unlike Finlay. Here’s what a few people had to say about it:

Yeah, clearly it’s not just me that thinks there’s some kind of coincidental resemblance between the two. I suppose he’s the easiest character to get away with ripping off because you can easily argue that it’s just some topless guy with tattoos, but it’s pretty clear where Yegor are coming from. Would be better if they made a Carole Baskin skin though so we could blast that bitch to smithereenss, probably slightly more problematic though.

For more of the same, here’s the latest crazy ‘Tiger King’ conspiracy theory. This one really is something.
