We’ve done a few posts over the year about McDonald’s and other fast food literally never going off no matter how long you keep it out for – or even bury it underground – but I think this video really is the most proof we’ve ever needed to know that there’s something wrong with all of that type of produce.

A TikToker (where else?) decided to give a tour of a cupboard that she said belonged to her mother where she kept all manner of junk and processed food from McDonald’s to doughnuts, pick ‘n’ mix and pizza. The TikToker explained that her mother was a nutritionist and she kept all this sort of food in her cupboard to prove that it never, ever goes off and you can’t really argue with her when you see all that video evidence right?

This is my mum’s food cupboard – full of foods that never go off!”

My mum is a nutritionist helping to tackle obesity.

These foods shown here are ultra-processed foods that 80% of the UK consume on a regular basis.

Still fancy that burger?

Most of this food she’s been collecting over the last two years, so most of it is one to two years old.

80% of the UK are now eating this diet, probably without knowledge of what they are eating.

And though it is true, that you can have anything and everything in moderation, 80% of a person’s diet should not be made up of these foods.

No food is off-limits, my mum is simply trying to encourage people to make better food decisions and live a happier, healthier lifestyle.

Yeah, I’m not sure if just because something doesn’t go off means that it’s not good for you – one guy in the comment mentions that they don’t contain water so bacteria won’t grow on them like they do with vegetables – but you have got to question it really haven’t you? Don’t know if it’s enough to make me change my diet completely, but probably something to think about hey.

For more of the same, check out this woman showing off a 24 year old McDonald’s meal. Any ideas what that looks like?
