Kid Rock Says God Will ‘Cut Down’ Journalists For Reporting (Accurately) That He’s Charging Up To $5,000 For Tour Tickets

Kid Rock has warned that “God will cut down” journalists who reported that tickets for his upcoming Freedom 250 Tour are priced up to $5,000.

While the singer-rapper blasted these reports as “fake liberal media,” he simultaneously confirmed that he is indeed charging up to $5,000 for tickets.

Referring to members of the media who reported on his ticket prices, Rock said: “I WILL pray for them, but I know that sooner or later God will cut ‘em down.

“The fake liberal media says I’m charging $5,000 for front-row tickets. They know damn well that’s not the full story.”

“Instead of reporting facts or that lawn seats are only 50 bucks or how we are cutting out the scalpers, they twist it for headlines/clicks and to attack me — nothing new here.”

He went on to explain how he has set aside 20 “first class” tickets for each show, in the $1000-5000 range: “Those are extremely limited First Class seats like I explained — FOUR tickets per row, first five rows only (5k per seat row 1, 4k row 2, 3k row 3, 2k row 4, 1k row 5) — Again ONLY 4 seats in rows 1 through 5 (20 ‘first class’ seats in venues that hold 15k to 25k people).”

Imagine for one second, some MAGA trying to flex by saying he spent $5000 for Kid Rock tickets? If these premium $1000 – $5000 seats do sell out at each show, he’s banking upwards of $50,000 extra for each performance, aside from other nearby seats going for a not-inexpensive $500 each.

So yeah, I’m not sure why Kid Rock is so triggered over the media accurately reporting his ticket prices? What’s even crazier is that he thinks God will be bothered enough about it to strike all these journalists down in Kid Rock’s honour. God hasn’t even turned up for Palestine, is he really going to strike down some lowly journalist writing about Kid Rock’s ticket prices?

Ultimately, he called reports on his $5,000 ticket prices “fake news” and then went to explain that tickets are in fact going for $5,000. Not the sharpest tool in the shed.
