Kevin Spacey was cancelled a long time ago after a number of young men came forward and accused him of sexual misconduct, but it turns out that he’s actually going to court over in America this week to answer some of these allegations.

Actor Anthony Rapp is suing Spacey to the tune of $40 million for battery after a 26 year old Spacey climbed onto a 14 year old Rapp, pushed him onto a bed and made sexual advances against him. I’m not really sure how Spacey is hoping to talk his way out of this one, but he started his testimony with a real sob story, telling everyone how he never came out publicly because he was scared of his father.

Here’s what Spacey had to say:

My father was a white supremacist and a neo-Nazi.

I have never talked about these things publicly ever

To call someone a fraud is to say someone is living a lie.

I wasn’t living a lie.

I was just reluctant to talk about my personal life.

Yeah I suppose that suck for Spacey growing up, but I’m not really sure if it’s enough for him to justify his quite frankly awful behaviour that he’s been accused of by a number of different people. There’s also the fact that his own brother says that he’s a monster with no soul and I would argue there’s probably a very good chance that’s he going to jail for a while and/or facing a very heavy compensation claim at the end of this trial. Stay tuned.
