Whoever Prince Harry’s California therapist is has absolutely rinsed the guy, from the sounds of things. First, he claimed in the ITV interview the other day that he grew his beard “as a shield of his anxiety”, and now he’s saying he had no choice but to reveal his Taliban kill count “for his own healing.”

After claiming in his memoir, ‘Spare’, that he killed 25 people during his time in Afghanistan, Harry has now told People magazine that he revealed the details ‘for my own healing journey’ and ‘in the hopes it will help others’:

‘I know from my own healing journey that silence has been the least effective remedy. Expressing and detailing my experience is how I chose to deal with it, in the hopes it would help others.

My relationship with Meghan has opened my eyes to so much I fear I otherwise would have never fully understood’.

And there I was thinking that he only brought up his Taliban kill count to counteract the stories about William ripping his necklace and body-slamming him onto a dog bowl. Not to mention being completely emasculated by Meghan the last few years.

Can’t lie though – killing 25 Taliban does sound quite impressive. Unless the average for a soldier is higher? I have no idea tbh. Either way, nice that he can spill his guts to the world’s media and drag his family through the mud in order to make himself feel better. If only the rest of us had that option, eh?

Also in ‘Spare’, Harry reckons Princess Diana bought him an Xbox in 1997… 4 years before the Xbox was released.
