When stories like this emerge, it’s not hard to see why some people fear the end of the world is fast approaching… the state of Florida has just passed a law that’ll allow paramedics to carry guns when responding to ‘high-risk’ situations.

It’s well documented that shootouts over in America have reached an epidemic level. Instead of looking at the statistics that show the more you disarm people, the less gun attacks there are, those in charge seem to be on a mission to see every person in the US carrying their own firearm.

First it was teachers, and now it looks like people driving ambulances will be packing heat in no time at all as well.

Governor Ron DeSantis signed the bill last week, stating paramedics don’t have to retreat and are justified in using force to defend themselves or others. The measure comes into effect on 1st July.

When it comes to these high-risk situations, apparently they mean drug raids, armed suicides and shootings. In other words, situations where guns are involved. Classic America, choosing to curb their massive gun problem with more guns.
